Chief Technology Officer

Role Summary:
Lead the architecture and implementation of the BYouth platform-from P2P lending infrastructure to mobile-first features like Booster Wallet, K1 investment portals, and data analytics dashboards.
What You'll Do:

•  Oversee full-stack product development and system architecture Manage external developers, integrations, and platform scalability
•  Ensure data security, compliance, and user experience
• Contribute to BYouth's long-term digital vision

• Proven experience building fintech or SaaS platforms
• (5+ years) Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar) 
• Familiarity with digital lending systems, cloud deployment & APIs
